Cinematographer Chota K. Naidu’s father Chitti Babu Naidu tried hard to be a cinematographer, he even went to Chennai and failed in his effort and got into dramas. Most parents whose dream goes unfulfilled, want to see it become a reality through their children. Chitti Babu Naidu was no exception he dreamt of his son becoming a cinematographer some day. “My mother wrote to me that my father was seriously into dramas, coming home late and keeping poor health, I replied that if he wanted to see mebecome a cinematographer he should take care of himself,” says Chota.
Sadly for him, his father passed away even before he became a cinematographer and he is reminded of his father everytime someone compliments him on his work, or someone recognizes him and takes his autograph or whenever he buys a new car or gets an award for a film.
